I’m a Vancouver native working, living and travelling around the world. Growing up through extensive trauma and working as an artist I’ve come to realize how severe our the lack of communication and listening skills are today.
So I’ve started talking. Like really talking. About my sexual traumas, relationship mishaps, and fight with endometriosis, depression and anxiety. I realized the more I talked the more others felt comfortable opening up and talking about their own vulnerable experiences. So here I am, still talking and holding a safe space for others to do the same.
I hope this blog inspires you to explore new places and know that no matter what, you’re not alone.
